These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Angry Arc Fabrication website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All products are made to order and are cut, welded and finished in Australia. Product images are representative and minor variations in finish may occur. Our snorkels are vehicle-specific, so it is your responsibility to confirm correct fitment for your vehicle before ordering. Contact us if you’re unsure

2. Vehicle Modification

All products sold by Angry Arc Fabrication are designed for offroad use only. Products may not comply with your local vehicle modification laws. We encourage you to check your local governing vehicle modification laws before installing any of our products

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Orders

Once your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email. As products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes, costs and delivery details are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Warranty & liability

We stand behind our workmanship. To the extent permitted by law, Angry Arc Fabrication is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect fitment, modification or misuse of our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Angry Arc Fabrication name, logo, images and product designs, is our property and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
