Every Angry Arc snorkel is cut, welded and finished to order right here in Australia. Because each unit is built for you, please allow a lead time before dispatch. Any current lead time is shown on the product page. Lead times are a guide only and can extend up to 3 months. See the Lead / dispatch times section below.
Shipping

Australian wide shipping costs are calculated by a 3 rd party service during the
checkout. Postage is calculated on provided shipping address. All prices and
charges related to shipping are to be paid in full when the order is placed. We cannot
ship to p.o boxes as our products are too large. You will receive an email confirming
your order and shipping details. Please verify these are correct as we will ship to the
supplied address.We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can once products have been
manufactured. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping
generally takes 2-7 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are an
estimate only. Tracking information and updates will be provided once shipping
commences. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of the estimated arrival
please notify us.Shipping insurance is available as an optional add on during the checkout process.
Insurance is only available for orders up to the value of $2000.We take due care to protect our products against damage during the freight process.
Angry Arc Fabrication accepts no responsibility for damage caused to products by
couriers and 3 rd party handling and products lost in transit or incorrect goods
delivered

At Angry Arc Fabrication, we stand behind our quality craftsmanship and warrant our products. The following outlines when returns will be accepted.

Change of mind
Angry Arc Fabrication does not offer refunds or returns due to change of mind. Please choose your desired product carefully. If you’re unsure about your product choice, please reach out to us prior to purchase.
Eligible returns
Returns are considered eligible under the following circumstances: you have received the wrong item, or the item you have received is defective, damaged or faulty.
Angry Arc Fabrication ensures all goods dispatched are in satisfactory condition and packaged appropriately. Angry Arc Fabrication does not accept any responsibility for damaged, lost or incorrect goods delivered as a result of shipping or third-party handling.
- To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging where applicable.
- Angry Arc Fabrication will incur the cost of return shipping for any eligible return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@angryarcfabrication.com.au.
- Items sent back without approval will not be considered eligible for refund.
- The complete order must be returned; orders returned in part will not be considered for refund.
Lead / dispatch times
All lead or dispatch times offered by Angry Arc Fabrication are offered as a guide only and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to keep lead and dispatch times accurate, these can vary. Delays can form throughout the manufacturing process, such as material shortages or external lead times. Lead times can extend up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
By placing an order you agree and acknowledge that lead times are approximate and that orders will not be eligible for refund due to extended lead or dispatch times.
Fitment
Our snorkels are vehicle-specific. If you’re unsure about fitment, message us your vehicle details or VIN before you buy and we’ll confirm.
